In addition to owning Leyenda and Fiasco! and running Speed Rack, Ivy also consults within the beverage industry. From creating award winnings cocktails to making content to promote them, Ivy can create simple cocktails and full beverage programs. She consults beyond the liquid in the glass all the way up to operations, design and management, advising on bar equipment, glassware and more, and implementing systems of how to staff and manage bars for hotels, bars and restaurants globally. She also regularly consults for spirits brands to create new spirits, signature cocktails and brand experiences.
